PRODUCT CARE AND HANDLING 

When you receive your aromatherapy product, add 2-4 drops of essential oil to either the felt pad or lava bead(s).  The pendants are made of 316L surgical stainless steel so the oils do not damage or destroy the metal.  Do not let the necklace sit in the sun, it will burn your skin.  If you are allergic to a specific essential oil, don't use it.  If you hang this from the rear view mirror and the sun hits it, it may reflect the sun into your eyes, making it difficult to drive.  The felt pads can be cleaned with soap and water, by hand and leave out to air dry.  

SHIPPING

Shipping will be applied based on location at the check out point.  All orders will be mailed out within 1 day, all with insurance and I will send out notifications with details over email. Please double check the address you supply to ensure it is correct as I will not be responsible for orders mailed out to incorrect addresses. 

TAX POLICY

We collect Sales Tax in Florida on the total amount of your order, based on Florida’s and your district’s rates. Total Senses is based in Florida and as an online retailer with a physical business presence in a particular state, such as business offices or distribution warehouses; we are required to collect sales tax for customers in Florida. Purchases from all other states than Florida will not be subject to sales tax; however, consumers who live in a state that collects sales tax are technically required to pay the tax directly to the state even when an Internet retailer doesn’t collect it.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange or return for store credit, please notify the return within 7 days of receiving the product with a note of reason and we will be happy to do so. There are no cash refunds at this point, only exchanges or store credit. All items must be returned in unused condition. The individual is responsible for return shipping costs. For any damaged items due to shipping please notify me within 5 days of receiving and I will gladly arrange for new products to be mailed out to you asap at my cost or give you store credit.
