As I started to learn more about how our mental health can affect our bodies physically as well as mentally; meditation, exercising and changing my diet is what helped with my panic attacks, anxiety and inability to eat food. I worked hard on my breathing techniques in my own time, making sure to make it a point to take moments throughout the day to simply breathe. When I was introduced to Thieves Oil (a Young Living Product) I learned it removed allergen spores and mold particles in the air. I started using it in a diffuser around the house and fell in love with the scent. When I stumbled upon the idea of having this scent with me all day, I could not resist.
